Our Story
Asseta is a contemporary project management and consultancy firm, delivering industry-leading services to Strata schemes and property owners throughout New South Wales, Victoria, and the Australian Capital Terriorty.

We aim to enhance the quality, value, safety, and sustainability of your residential, commercial, or retail property, and instill confidence back into the property sector.

Our Values
Our Founder
Asseta was founded by Nicholas Saunders with a clear objective: to provide practical, commercially focused project management and consulting services to strata, property and building asset stakeholders.
Through Asseta, Nicholas has worked closely with Owners, strata managers, committees, consultants and contractors to help progress complex building matters that often require structure, clear communication and strong commercial oversight.
Nicholas has developed particular experience in remedial building works, waterproofing, façade remediation, fire safety upgrades, defect rectification, roof replacements, compliance-driven projects, capital works planning and broader asset management support.
His approach is shaped by a strong understanding of the challenges that commonly affect building projects - unclear scope, shifting costs, delayed decisions, competing stakeholder priorities, and gaps between technical advice and practical delivery.
Nicholas founded Asseta to help bridge this gap. Asseta’s role is to bring clarity to complex matters, assist clients to make informed decisions, engage the right consultants and contractors, and manage projects with a focus on risk, cost, quality and momentum.
As Asseta continues to grow, Nicholas remains actively involved in the business and its client engagements, ensuring the company maintains a hands-on, commercially aware and outcome-focused approach across its project management and consulting services.
